Winter Conditioning: (Dec - Feb) - 6pm Monday & Wednesday weight room, 9am Saturday Track sessions
Practice Times: (Feb - May) Monday - Friday 4pm to 6pm. Optional (but recommended) weight room from 6pm to 7pm (Mon & Wed)
Attendance: Athletes are expected to participate in all practices unless they are excused.
Excused Absences: All absences must be communicated prior to practice by the athlete to the coach. An email/text explaining the reason for the absence and expected return is expected of all athletes.
Multi-Sport Athletes: We support athletes who wish to compete in multiple sports during the same season. In accordance with PGHS Multi-sport Policy, athletes must first meet with the Athletic Director to request approval and designate a "Primary Sport." Once approved, we will coordinate with the AD and the other sport coach to establish a participation plan.
Athlete & Parent Commitment: We require a commitment from both athletes and parents to ensure that everyone—coaches, parents, and athletes—is aligned and working toward the same goals. [Click here] to view the commitment form.
Shoes and Spikes: Running shoes and spikes/flats are required for all athletes (even throwers). FleetFeet in Monterey offers a discount to our team.
